Why a Refusal Breaks
Name the two ways safety training fails, and say why a rephrase gets past it.
Refusal is trained the way everything else is: examples of requests, and the replies we wanted back. So it is a boundary drawn around the requests somebody thought of. There is no rule in a file anywhere.
