An Evaluation You Can Trust
Put a give or take on a harm rate, and say when two releases really differ.
Somebody runs a hundred prompts, ten come back bad, and the slide says ten percent. Run the same hundred prompts again, drawn fresh, and you would not get ten. The width matters as much as the number.
