When Not to Forecast
Judge whether a series can be forecast with four questions, and say what to offer instead when it cannot.
Next summer's power load can be forecast to within a few percent. Tomorrow's move in a currency, almost not at all. Both are lines of numbers in time. The difference is what drives them.
